ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By browsing, shopping, or making a purchase on PRINCEHARBOR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't shop with us. We want you to feel comfortable here!

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of our products. However, we're human and sometimes mistakes happen:

- Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly
- We don't guarantee that descriptions are 100% error-free, but we take great care

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
- Prices: Listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you'll pay
- Accuracy: We strive to keep prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order
- Stock: Products are available while supplies last. If an item sells out, we'll notify you and offer alternatives
- Taxes & Fees: Taxes and shipping are calculated and displayed before you complete checkout
YOUR ORDER
Placing an Order:
- You represent that you're at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- You agree to provide accurate information
- You're responsible for all information you provide
Order Confirmation:
- When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email
- This confirms we've received your order, not that it's been shipped
- We'll send a separate shipping notification when your order leaves our warehouse
Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- After 1 hour, your order is sent to our supplier and cannot be cancelled

All content on PRINCEHARBOR — including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos — is owned by or licensed to PRINCEHARBOR and protected by copyright law.

- You may not use our images or descriptions to sell competing products
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRINCEHARBOR is not liable for:
- Shipping Delays: Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
- Lost Packages: Once a package is in carrier hands, we're not responsible (but we'll help you file a claim)
- Product Defects: Issues caused by supplier manufacturing (we'll work with you to resolve)
- Indirect Damages: Lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses
- Website Issues: Errors, interruptions, or unavailability of our website
What this means: We're committed to making things right, but there are limits to what we can control. We'll always do our best to help!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Delivery Times: Are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on carrier and location
- International Orders: May experience customs delays (not our responsibility)
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information
- Responsibility: Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it's their responsibility
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
